Blackwell Global University admits student of any race, color, sex, age, marital status, non-disqualifying disability to the extent of the law, religion, or creed, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to student at the university and does not discriminate in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, or other university-administered programs.
