Graduates of the Mental Health and Psychiatry program will have the tools to prevent, diagnose, assess, treat, and rehabilitate individuals with mental disorders. The focus will be on promoting their autonomy, adaptation, and integration into their social environment, ultimately enhancing the quality of life for the patients.

Program Objectives

Provide professionals involved in the care of patients with psychiatric illnesses and mental health issues with the competencies necessary to operate effectively and form multidisciplinary teams, thereby professionalizing care in psychiatric hospitals, assisted living facilities, and organizations dedicated to addressing these conditions.
