Program Description

The focus on theoretical and practical training combined with the wide range of career opportunities, provides students with the necessary tools to become a leader in the field of accounting and finance.

Alfredo Zamudio

Former Academic Director at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and technical advisor to the Ministry of Economy. Ben Yábar

Doctor in Administration with a background in Business Engineering, Social Communication, and History. Renacyt researcher and Director of Research in higher education institutions. With experience as a graduate professor and thesis advisor, he has published scientific articles and book chapters on organizational behavior, economic history, and emerging technologies. Educated at universities such as Jorge Basadre, Tarapacá, and San Pablo. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. His work blends applied research with an interdisciplinary business outlook.

Edmundo Casavilca

Ph.D. in Accounting with a Finance specialization from San Martín de Porres University (Peru), MBA from the University of Quebec (Canada), and Master’s in Economics and Finance from the National University of San Marcos (Peru). With over 30 years of professional and academic experience, he has taught at leading Peruvian universities and led executive education programs for multinational companies such as Scotiabank, Backus, Gloria, and Ripley. Currently, he works as an independent consultant in financial management, cost control, and operational efficiency across Latin America.

Fernando Moroy

Ph.D. in Economic and Business Sciences from Rey Juan Carlos University (Spain) and a degree in Physics with a specialization in Solid State Physics from the University of the Basque Country. As President of the Madrid Chapter of the Keiretsu Business Angels Network and founder of AI Ventures, he combines academic excellence with practical leadership in fintech, entrepreneurship, and innovation. He has over 20 years of international experience in teaching and advisory roles in business schools and innovation centers in Madrid, Boston, Silicon Valley, Lima, Bogotá, and more.

Gabriel Flores

Economist and Ph.D. in Education from Atlantic International University (USA), with over 15 years of experience in university teaching, instructional design, and educational innovation. He holds master’s degrees in Applied Finance from Andrés Bello University (Chile) and European University of Madrid (Spain), and in University Teaching from UDLA (Chile). He has taught statistics, economics, and mathematics at renowned Chilean institutions. He completed a postdoc in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning and holds certifications from Harvard Business Publishing. He also works as a digital learning consultant.

Johanna‍ Trujillo‍

Industrial Engineer with a Master’s in the same field, Ms. Trujillo holds advanced studies in Strategic Planning and Technology Management. With more than 15 years of experience in teaching, research, and leadership, she has contributed to high-impact projects in supply chain management, logistics, and data analysis. Her expertise in knowledge management and logistics strategy has earned her national and international recognition.

Jorge Suarez

Doctor in Advanced Management with multiple specializations in labor law, human resources, and electronic engineering. He teaches postgraduate programs at Universidad Autónoma de Chile and Universidad Mayor, Chile. He has led and participated in numerous academic projects, published various works on business management and education, and has experience in international conferences.

Judy Martin

Ph.D. in Community Care Counseling Education from Liberty University (USA) and Master’s in Human Services Counseling with a military focus. She has served as professor and curriculum designer at Ana G. Méndez University, teaching in both English and Spanish. Currently Clinical Director at Bright Side Counseling, she is the author of research on moral injury among military and first responders. A U.S.-based speaker and doctoral mentor, she is a member of AACC, ACA, and AAMFT, integrating clinical expertise with international academic leadership.

Natale Papa

Doctor in Administration from Rennes School of Business, France, with executive experience in international education, banking, and entrepreneurship. Coordinator in Brazil for the French master's programs of Université de Bordeaux and Angers, and guest lecturer in business programs in Brazil and France. Former risk leader at IBM Bank, where he managed a credit portfolio of 1.2 billion reais across eight Latin American countries. Roberto Montero

Ph.D. in Management from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and Ph.D. in Systems Engineering in Peru, with dual master's degrees from Universidad de Piura and Universidad de León (Spain). Specialist in digital transformation, business intelligence, and IT management, with 25+ years leading projects in the cooperative sector. Rodrigo Gallegos

Industrial Civil Engineer from Universidad de Chile and MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey, with tax training at Harvard, IBFD (Netherlands), and UCLA. Led financial departments in multinational firms in Chile, Mexico, Austria, and the U.S. Currently heads Soltax, a firm specializing in international accounting and taxation. Teaches in Chilean and Mexican universities and is an expert in corporate finance, tax planning, and business mergers.

Sara Geller

Organizational Psychologist with a master’s degree from USMP and certified in facial micro-expression analysis by the Paul Ekman Group (USA). Specialist in adult learning and hybrid education from UPC, with teaching experience at ESAN, Universidad del Pacífico, UTP, and Universidad de Lima. Sergio Cabrera

Certified Public Accountant with experience at Backus (AB InBev) and Trupal (Grupo Gloria), expert in IFRS, auditing, and financial processes. Holds an MBA from Universidad de Lima and is a doctoral candidate in Education at Universidad Marcelino Champagnat.
