Prof. Sherman D. Roberts
Professor Roberts is the Founding Academic Director of the Oxford Programme on Negotiation at University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School. He served as Director of Executive Seminars at Harvard’s Kennedy School from 1996-2003, where his programs attracted over 8,000 participants during his tenure. In 1999, while at Harvard, he founded The Ivy Faculty Consortium (re-estructured and re-branded in 2021 as the Cambridge Institute for Business Leadership), an executive education network of professors from Harvard, Princeton, Chicago, UC Berkeley, and other Ivy League and Ivy Caliber universities including three Nobel Laureates. Prior to Harvard, he was Deputy Director and Head of Executive Education at the Cambridge Center for Behavioral Studies (1990 to 1996). Since 1980 he has taught executive, graduate, and undergraduate courses on all six populated continents. His research interests are negotiation, leadership, and fundamental processes of human performance. At Blackwell, he is our President and Co-Founder, and the Elizabeth Blackwell Professor of Negotiation.

She has played a pivotal role in concepting, developing, and launching brand and shopper campaigns for clients including Anheuser-Busch, Kellogg's, Kraft-Heinz, Kimberly-Clark, Nestlé Purina PetCare, General Mills, Unilever, SC Johnson, Beiersdorf, Dairy Farmers of America, and Johnson & Johnson, among others.

Currently, as a consultant, she develops strategic PR, marketing, and event management plans that successfully position brands within multicultural markets, leveraging her deep expertise in media relations and corporate communications.

Master in Business Administration from SDA Bocconi School of Management, Italy. Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Lima, Peru. Holds a specialization in Hispanic Marketing from Florida State University, USA. With over 25 years of experience in the marketing industry, working with major corporations and brands. Currently an Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami, USA.
