Can I stay in Europe after the program?
Absolutely! After the program, you’re free to continue traveling through Europe. Many participants visit cities like Paris, Rome, or Berlin.
Where should I stay?
We recommend staying in a central, safe hotel like Eurostars Plaza Mayor in Madrid, close to museums, universities, and public transport. Prices vary by season, so booking early is key to securing good rates and availability.
Do I need a visa?
It depends on your country of origin. If required, you must handle your visa independently. We’ll provide an invitation letter for your application. More info here: Schengen Visa – Spain
Should I arrive on a specific date?
Yes. You should arrive in Madrid by November 9, 2025 (one day before the program) to adjust to the time zone and start on time.
Will there be team support during the trip?
Yes! You’ll have full support from our coordinators throughout the program—for logistics, academics, and personal matters.
What happens if I arrive late or miss an activity?
Punctuality is key. Missed activities won’t be rescheduled. We recommend arriving early and following the schedule closely.
Is medical insurance required?
Yes, international medical insurance is mandatory for the entire trip. It’s a Schengen requirement, and even if your country doesn’t need a visa, Spanish border officials may request proof of coverage.
